February is Financial Aid Month, and Austin Community College District (ACC) is here to help students find a path to financial support and pay for college.

ACC provides one-on-one support to guide students through applying for financial aid, including the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA). These applications open the door to grants, loans, scholarships, and work-study programs.

Why Apply Now?

Filing early increases a student’s chance of receiving the funds they need for college. Many financial aid programs are first-come, first-served. It can take several weeks for ACC to process applications. The College encourages students to monitor their ACC email for updates on their financial aid package.

Join a Workshop for Hands-On Help

Financial Aid Month includes a series of workshops offering personalized assistance in completing the  FAFSA or TASFA. All sessions are open to drop-ins.
