ACC’s Office of College Relations & Marketing (OCRM) is launching a new resource tool for employees this semester. Starting immediately, faculty and staff can access collections of marketing photos, videos, graphics, logos, and more to support their work.
The resources are available through a digital asset management platform called Resource Space.
OCRM worked with IT to make Resource Space available to all employees through our Okta single sign-on (SSO) access system.
Here’s what you can expect after you log into the platform and acknowledge the usage guidelines:
FIRST: Navigate to “Featured Collections” using the menu bar at the top of the page. On subsequent logins, this will be your landing page—a place where you can easily access approved images, videos, logos, and graphics.

Our assets are organized into Categories to help you quickly find what you need. Think of these as broad folders that separate different types of assets. For example, “Photos,” “Videos,” and “Logos” are categories.

Under each category, you will find:
- Subcategories: Some categories are further divided to make searching easier. For instance, within “Photos,” you might see subcategories like “Campus Facilities” or “Events & Celebrations.”
- Collections: These are curated groups of assets within a category or subcategory. A collection is like a photo album that gathers specific images or graphics related to a theme or project.
SECOND: To view an asset, simply click on the thumbnail. This will open a larger preview along with a “Resource Tools” panel on the side and a “Resource Details” section below. If a larger view is needed, clicking on the preview image will open a pop-up display.

The options available in the “Resource Tools” panel may vary depending on the designated access level.
- Most assets can be downloaded immediately using the “Download” button.
- Some assets—such as logos—may require approval before they can be downloaded. In these cases, the “Download” button is replaced with a “Request” button, which means OCRM will review the intended use before granting access.
For photos, which are typically available for immediate download, different file sizes can be selected from a drop-down menu:
- The full-resolution original (which is very large and suitable mainly for high-quality, large-size printing).
- Low Resolution Print (smaller, suitable for smaller printed materials on standard paper).
- Screen (optimized for digital use).
THIRD: When downloading or requesting an asset you’ll be prompted to share a short description to explain how and where the file will be used. Below are several examples of an effective usage statement.
- Presentation slides for a department meeting
- Newsletter header image for alumni updates
- Digital signage for campus event
