There’s still time to share your thoughts on ACC’s Classification & Compensation Study.

The College hired Guidehouse, an outside consulting firm, to conduct a comprehensive study of positions, structure, and pay at ACC. Right now, Guidehouse is getting feedback from all staff.

Eligible employees should have received an email and link to the survey in their ACC Mail. The deadline to submit your responses has now been extended to 11:59 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15.

Next Steps
Guidehouse is in the discovery phase of evaluating and mapping current staff job roles and classifications with the goal of standardizing job descriptions and compensation. The study will be used to incorporate staff feedback. The study is intended for staff and hourly employees only, not faculty. Feedback will remain anonymous.

“By identifying pain points and gathering insights and suggestions for growth opportunities, we will strengthen our position to advance ACC’s workforce and implement the Theory of Change,” said Human Resources Vice Chancellor Kelly Torrico.
