Austin Community College District (ACC) will close Monday, November 11, in observance of Veterans Day. The federal holiday honors veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces. Additionally, the college celebrates our students, faculty, and staff who are military veterans with events districtwide and an interview series.

All campuses and centers will reopen on Tuesday, November 12.

Employees are reminded to set up their out-of-office messages.

ACC Talks Veterans Day

ACC salutes our current and former military members and thanks them for their service. The College hosts its annual Veterans Day interview series to invite them to share their experience transitioning from military life and what Veterans Day means to them.

If you are or know an ACC student, faculty, or staff member interested in sharing their story, email [email protected].
