Now in its 16th year, the College’s Leadership Academy is a special development program designed to support full-time faculty and staff. Those selected for the program are chosen for their demonstrated commitment to the College, potential for professional growth, and long-term goals. Participants meet monthly and will complete a group project related to their area of interest.
