ACC has announced the members of its Theory of Change Design Teams. The Design Team rosters were shared at the July 12 Virtual Employee Town Hall. 

The co-chairs of the 14 Design Teams completed the difficult task of waning down hundreds of applications from across the college to select their team rosters. The teams range in size from 9 to 16 members for a total number of 192 employees, including co-chairs.

The employees chosen for the Design Teams will use research and best practices to develop recommended strategies under the four pillars of the Theory of Change. 

Employees not chosen for a specific Design Team will be invited to participate in the Theory of Change Institute, a yearlong professional development initiative. More details coming soon.
