Staff Professional Development Opportunities
Deer Oaks training sessions remain available and open to ACC employees including a special session on “Emotional Management in Relationships: How to Respond Instead of React.”

Tuition Reimbursement Coming Soon
The Office of Staff Professional Development and Evaluations will host the Tuition Reimbursement application program in the spring 2024 semester to give employees more time to provide unofficial transcripts for any fall classes that were taken and request reimbursement for classes they expect to take during the spring and summer semesters.
Applications will be accepted beginning February 2024.

Cybersecurity Course Completion Deadline is 12/15
The new Cybersecurity Awareness Compliance Course is now up and ready to be accessed in Workday.
All ACC employees and contractors are required to complete this training annually, based on the fiscal calendar, as mandated by the State of Texas. As of August 31, 2023, the cybersecurity course from FY23 is inactive and is no longer available to complete. A new course for FY24 has been provided from the State, and has been assigned to you in Workday to complete.
All employees must complete the course by Friday, December 15, 2023.
