If you’ve attended a Campus Conversation, you’ve probably heard our new Chancellor referencing all the incredible data that ACC possesses. Data is a key tool to help us improve student success, especially when it is in the hands of faculty and staff throughout the college (“data democratization”).
In this month’s Data Debrief video, Dr. Jenna Cullinane Hege, Office of Institutional Research & Analytics Vice Chancellor, is back to help you dig into one of the topics the Chancellor is highlighting — enrollment. Understanding our long-term trends in enrollment in the higher education sector and at ACC is an important foundation to explore how our campuses are supporting students and what services are available where.
Dr. Cullinane Hege will share insights from two great resources for analyzing enrollment at ACC:
- The first tool is the Strategic Plan Goals Tracking Dashboard. It displays annual student enrollment numbers observed since 2009. In 2023, we saw an increase in enrollment for the first time since before the pandemic and many years of stagnant enrollment.
- The second tool is the Daily Registration Dashboard. This dynamic dashboard provides the most up-to-date information on our current enrollment numbers broken out by campus.
For more information about either of these dashboards, contact the Office of Institutional Research & Analytics.
