ACC employees are required to ensure they are in compliance with mandatory training requirements each year. Employees are asked to review their learning transcript in Workday and take any courses they have not completed by August 31, 2023.
Those courses are Cybersecurity, Tapestry (ADA awareness), Meridians (Title IX and Sexual Misconduct Training), and Groundswell (Discrimination and Harassment). Cybersecurity is a state-mandated requirement for employees that is required to be taken every year. Tapestry, Meridians, and Groundswell are taken every other year.
To find your Learning Transcript
- In Workday, click on the Learning Icon
- Click on My Learning
- Click on View My Learning History
- View Learning Transcript – You should be able to see your “Not started,” “In progress,” and “Completed” statuses.
Employees who completed the Cybersecurity training after September 1, 2022, have met compliance for FY23. Employees who still need to take the Cybersecurity course may find it HERE.
