ACC’s two-week summer enrollment period ends soon! 

Starting July 3, and running through July 14, employees can sign up for the benefits package for the year ahead. To assist employees with their questions, the HR Benefits team will host an in-person enrollment fair and several Q&A sessions.

Summer enrollment is the only opportunity for employees to make changes to their benefits plan each year. Any changes made during the Summer Enrollment period will take effect September 1, 2023.

Employees who do not make changes will NOT be able to make any changes to their benefits plan until the next open enrollment period (summer 2024) or if they experience a Qualifying Life Event

ACC HR Benefits staff will host an in-person summer enrollment fair on Thursday, July 6. Plan administrators will be onsite to answer questions directly with a presentation by Employee Retirement Services (ERS) at 11 a.m.

Employees who do not need to make changes don’t need to do anything. Their current coverage will automatically carry forward.
