ACC continues its work to transform how it serves students and the community. The college is working with Swim Digital Group to help build strategies to increase recruitment, enrollment, and how it engages with current and new students.
As part of the process, the college created multiple strike teams made up of cross-functional stakeholders from across the college to work with Swim. Over the last few months, these teams spearheaded work to analyze marketing and recruitment efforts, re-engineering processes for student acquisition and onboarding, create automated communication strategies, and build the ACC Marketing & Enrollment Strategic (AMES) Plan.
With the start of the spring semester, the strike teams have reached the point where many of these efforts will move into implementation. Strike team leads and Swim will host a listening session this month to hear from internal stakeholders.

Over the next six months, ACC and Swim will continue to share updates on the project status and provide opportunities for training and feedback.
While this project is not related to the WorkDay implementation at this time, strike teams have been deeply involved in building automated communications for prospective students in Salesforce. Each process and communication is being tested to ensure the rollout is smooth and does not negatively affect other workflows around the college.
