Registration is now open for 2023 Spring Development Day (SDD). This year’s theme, “Get There Together: Supporting Student Success,” invites all employees to explore ways to support student success together and on their own.
Spring Development Day takes place Friday, January 13, 2023. The workshops examine innovative teaching practices and research for ACC faculty, as well as showcase services and support provided to ACC faculty and students by staff.
SDD also offers sessions to enhance practices and processes, improve creativity and wellness, and develop new technical talents, teaching techniques, and interpersonal skills. In-person tours will also be available.
Three workshop modalities are available:
- In-Person: Workshops will take place on the ACC Highland Campus.
- HyFlex: Workshops offer in-person or online attendance and will have a location for in-person and a link to join virtually on the day of the event.
- Online: Workshops will have a link to join virtually on the day of the event.
Unless specifically stated, all workshops will be presented in person. Limited workshops and events will be offered online and hyflex. Review the modality of the workshop when registering.

Workshops with ASL Interpreters
American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters will be provided during the opening, keynote, panel discussion, and closing sessions. To request accommodations during specific workshops, please note your request when you register.
