ACC is now hiring a campus manager to lead the functions and operations of the Cypress Creek Campus and serve as a campus representative and liaison with the local community.
The ideal candidate will lead special campus projects and planning groups and monitor projects until completion. The manager will also provide direct supervision for assigned Campus Operations staff and supervise, train, and discipline personnel while adhering to organizational human resource policies and procedures as well as related employment laws.
The person hired will also be expected to communicate regularly with faculty, staff, students, and others regarding college policies, procedures, and processes. This role will report to the regional director of Campus Operations – North.
A bachelor’s degree and three years of related work experience, including one year of supervisory experience, are required. Completion of the ACC Supervisor Certificate Series Program will satisfy the supervisory experience required for this position.
