ACC is now hiring a manager to oversee the dining room of ACC’s new Eatery 73 restaurant at ACC Highland Campus.
The manager will develop, innovate, and maintain policies and procedures for opening, closing, and service standards of the dining room. The person hired will also work with the Executive Chef to develop, maintain, and update the menu for Eatery 73.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage the hiring, scheduling, and annual reviews of dining room staff, including waiters, bussers, and hosts.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent and two years of related work experience are required. A degree in hospitality or culinary is preferred.
