The 2022 ACC Employee Climate Survey results are now available and the Office of Institutional Research and Analytics (OIRA) website has provided a brief summary of the results.
More than 1,800 ACC employees responded to the biennial survey, which helps the college identify areas where the environment and culture are supporting employees to thrive and where focused improvements are needed.
Overall, the results indicate that collegewide ratings improved or remained stable in all categories from 2020 to 2022. Ratings significantly improved in the topic areas of Communication, Physical Environment and Services, and Commitment to Students.
Items in the College Culture, Resources, and College Organization topic areas ranked among the lowest-rated items.
Survey responses indicate that the most important issue affecting ACC employees was COVID-19 pandemic and its impacts.
The Climate Survey is one of the primary data sources used to inform the 3 Cs (Collaboration, Connection, and Caring) workgroup and supports the achievement of Chancellor Priority #6.
The college will use this information to continue to make improvements to support its employees.
The survey results are available to view on the Office of Institutional Research and Analytics (OIRA) website.
