ACC’s new Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) is moving forward, and the college wants your feedback. As part of the second phase in the QEP process, the QEP Development Committee is completing research on best practices for digital fluency that will support a five-year action plan.

The first Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) advisory visit was held in January 2022, and the Development Committee received positive feedback on its presentation. This October, a final QEP report will be shared with SACSCOC.

Employees are invited to review the committee’s LibGuide and share suggestions of research articles and assessments that may contribute to the committee’s work.

Submit your feedback and ideas by June 30.

What is the QEP?
Watch the video below to learn more about ACC’s chosen topic, Digital Fluency.

Digital Fluency: the ability to use one’s knowledge of modern digital tools to communicate, gather, analyze, and manipulate data to address a problem or convey an idea to diverse audiences in meaningful and ethical ways. The digitally fluent also embrace curiosity, critical thinking, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
