Austin Community College District (ACC) is named one of the top institutions in the state and nation in five key programs according to a new report released by Intelligent.com.
The national research group provides unbiased research to help students make informed decisions about higher education programs. Researchers compared 704 programs from 2,900 universities and colleges nationwide and awarded ACC in five distinct categories, including:
- Best Community Colleges in Texas | Ranked 3
- Best Online Colleges in Texas | Ranked 12
- Best Online Associate in Communications Programs | Ranked 13 Nationally
- Best Online Real Estate Programs | Ranked 21 Nationally
- Best Engineering Degree Programs | Named Best Associate Degree
Each program was ranked on a scale from 0 to 100 across five categories: program strength, student readiness, return on investment, cost, and student engagement. For more information about its ranking process, visit Intelligent.com’s ranking methodology.
The report highlights ACC’s flexible learning options. The college offers four ways to learn: synchronous online, asynchronous online, in-person, and hybrid. In spring 2022, these options are expanding to offer even more opportunities for students who are looking for a class option that fits their schedule.
