The holiday season offers an opportunity to reflect on the year we’ve had and look forward to what’s next. As you reflect, we hope you take an inventory of your own mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. As an ACC employee you have access to resources and services through ERS, Deer Oaks EAP, and the ACC Employee Wellness Program to support you during the holiday season.

Exercise Class Schedule
Exercise classes will not be held on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday during the Thanksgiving Break. Wednesday classes are still scheduled with the exception of the evening Stretch and Meditation classes, but Barre, Pilates, Yoga, and Zumba are all still on. So, take some time out of your holiday prepping, and come sweat with us if you have some time. You can even get your family in on the fun if you’d like.
