Together, adjunct faculty can help build an association that is representative, trustworthy, transparent, and responsive to the needs of the entire college community.

Regarding anonymity: While we welcome all input regarding the Adjunct Faculty Association (AFA), it’s important to note that anonymous concerns about individuals, structure, or issues do not carry the same weight as survey responses that include detailed personal testimonies. We understand that there may be real concerns that encourage anonymity, and we will receive whatever is shared with enthusiasm and purpose. However, detailed feedback allows us to grasp the context and nuances of your experiences, enabling us to address concerns more effectively and advocate for meaningful change. Your voice matters, and sharing your perspective is crucial in shaping a more representative and effective AFA.
