Charge
Perform a structured testing process of ACC’s new Program Review Process from end-to-end, in order to identify gaps and weaknesses in content, structure, data, and processes.
Goals
To ensure that the newly created Program Review Process produces a useful Program Review, and that the process itself runs smoothly and as intended.
Objectives
- PRLs will be able to access and interpret necessary data.
- Deans, DCs and PRLs will work together to craft priority initiatives as a result of the Program Review process.
- Program Review process fosters program stewardship by Deans and Department Chairs.
- PRLs will receive necessary training to complete the review. DCs and Deans will receive necessary training to understand the reviews and translate the information into actionable steps to caretake their programs.
- Resulting Program Reviews offer insight into the program and identify program strengths and weaknesses.
- Resulting Program Reviews will tie to the official ACC budget process.
