ACC employees have an opportunity to learn about the services that the college’s new employee relations officer (ERO), Kelly Torrico, can provide and the changes in ACC’s grievance policy. ACC ombudsperson, Amanda Dean, will also share her role in supporting employees and how it differs from the new ERO’s.
Through this informal event, Kelly and Amanda hope to get to know employees and answer general questions that may come up. For specific inquiries, you can schedule a time to meet with the ERO or the ombuds.
