This is the final reminder to complete ACC’s required compliance training by Saturday, February 28, 2026, at midnight.
Full-time employees who do not complete all required courses by the deadline will be required to attend in-person compliance training sessions offered March 2-13. These sessions are mandatory and will replace the virtual training option.
This requirement is part of ACC’s commitment to maintaining a safe, ethical, and inclusive learning and working environment across the College.
What you need to do now
All employees must complete all five required courses in Workday as part of the annual Compliance Training Program. If you haven’t finished yet, plan to block up to three hours over the remainder of this week to complete the full program.
This required program applies to all ACC employees — staff, faculty, adjuncts, and temporary employees, regardless of when you last completed compliance training. Every employee must recertify annually to remain in compliance.
- Log in to your Learning Page in Workday
- Follow instructions to complete all five required courses
- Confirm your completion on your learning transcript
Earlier in the campaign, employees who completed training early were entered into a raffle for a small-group lunch with Russell Lowery-Hart — but now the focus is simple: completion and compliance.
