Early voting for the March 3 Democratic and Republican Primary Elections begins Tuesday, February 17, and runs through Friday, February 27.
ACC students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to vote. Employees may take up to two hours of administrative leave to do so and must work with their supervisor in advance to schedule the time off.
Make your plan to vote today by visiting the ACC Votes website, where you can find an interactive map of ACC campuses and early voting sites, and learn more about what will be on your ballot.
Why is this election important?
The March 3 primary elections determine who moves forward to the midterm general elections in November 2026. If no candidate gets a majority of votes in their primary race, the top two vote-getters will head to a May 26 primary runoff election.
Many important local and statewide races are effectively decided during the primary, yet participation is often low.
