Aflac will hold information sessions through the end of October to answer questions about supplemental insurance policies. Aflac policies provide cash benefits for out-of-pocket expenses that occur during a critical care event, such as cancer treatment, critical illness, and accidents — costs that traditional health insurance may not fully cover.
Aflac representatives will hold several information sessions to answer questions, review coverage options, and assist with enrollment:

- Wednesday, October 22 | Noon – Round Rock Campus, Building 1000, Room 1218
- Thursday, October 23 | 11 a.m. – Virtual (Zoom)
- Tuesday, October 28 | Noon – Hays Campus, Room 1214
- Wednesday, October 29 | Noon – Eastview Campus, Building 8000, Room 8110
- Thursday, October 30 | 2 p.m. – Virtual (Zoom)
