Apply for Tuition Reimbursement
Austin Community College District employees working toward a bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree are invited to apply for tuition reimbursement this month. The application period runs from Monday, February 19, through Friday, March 1.
Staff or faculty who have worked at ACC for three consecutive years are eligible for the program. Approved applicants will be reimbursed 75 percent of the cost of classes taken in the current fiscal year, up to $3,000. There is a lifetime maximum reimbursement of $8,000.
In addition to filling out the form, you will need to upload documentation. Applications received after 5 p.m. Friday, March 1, will not be accepted. Click here to apply.

Change your 1095-C…win a prize!
Employees can contribute to ACC’s Zero Waste initiative by choosing to receive their 1095-C documents digitally, instead of by mail.
The IRS does not require this health verification form in your tax filing, but it may help with tax preparation. Employees who change their election in Workday by Monday, February 12, can enter to win a prize.
Here’s RB to walk you through the simple 4-step process of making the change in Workday.
- FIRST: Log in to your Workday account.
- SECOND: Click on ACTIONS under your name, then SUMMARY.
- THIRD: Hover over BENEFITS, then click on CHANGE 1095-C PRINTING ELECTION.
- FOURTH: You can VIEW and print your ACA forms!
