ACC’s annual employee Performance Excellence Process, or PEP, is here and remains open until Friday, August 25, 2023. ACC administrator, classified, and professional-technical employees are asked to log in to Workday and complete their self-evaluation. 

The self-evaluation initiates the PEP process. It can be found in your Workday inbox. Use this job aid to find your job profile to assist in this task. 

Evaluations will focus on our job profiles, specifically our stated duties and tasks, skills, and knowledge. Your supervisor will use this as the barometer to evaluate your performance.

The performance period covered is from July 1, 2022, to June 30, 2023.
