The ACC Agricultural Sciences Department’s weekly farm stands are back this spring — and will continue through summer — with fresh, chemical-free produce available for purchase. The farm stands are held on Mondays at Elgin Campus and Wednesdays at Highland Campus.

All produce is grown on the Sustainable Student Farm at ACC Elgin Campus. This spring semester the college will offer varieties of tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, and peppers, as well as potatoes, onions, garlic, and sweet corn.

Farm Stands

When: Mondays
Time: 1 – 4 p.m.
Where: ACC’s Elgin Campus, Building 2000 (Agricultural Sciences Market Room)

When: Wednesdays
Time: 1 – 4 p.m.
Where: ACC Highland Campus, Building 2000 (in front of the ACC Culinary School Restaurant)

All proceeds go back to the Agricultural Sciences Department to fund an hourly position on the farm to help grow more produce.
