ACC invites employees, students, and the community to celebrate Dia de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, from Monday, October 24, to Wednesday, November 2.

This year, ACC presents a Cultural Mosaic: Dia de los Muertos to honor the holiday through a series of in-person and online events. Events include:

The events are a collaborative effort between ACC Teaching & Learning Excellence Division; Latino/Latin American Studies Center; Ascender; Truth, Racial Healing & Transformation Center, and Library Services.

Dia de los Muertos is observed annually on November 1 and 2 by various cultures to celebrate ancestors who have departed this world through cultural and religious practices.
