ACC’s work on the 3Cs continues. The 3Cs are one of Chancellor Dr. Richard Rhodes’ priorities, and they aim to improve ACC’s climate by asking all employees to focus on collaboration, connection, and caring in their work with students, colleagues, and supervisors.

In March, the college will launch a series of roundtable discussions to help identify specific areas for improvement and offer suggestions for implementation. Ideas generated at the roundtables will be shared with the Chancellor’s Cabinet, the 3 Cs Cross-Functional Team, and ACC’s new 3Cs Learning Community at ACC. The goal is to develop 3Cs tools & resources for ACC employees.

The series is a continuation of the work that began with the first set of roundtables in spring 2021. Opportunities will be available for members of all four employee associations to join a conversation.

Due to size constraints, the roundtable series will be limited to the first 100 employees who respond. Employees are encouraged to reserve a spot soon for one of the sessions in March 2022.
