ACC GROW offers professional development opportunities for supervisors who support working learners across Austin Community College District (ACC).
This fall, the Seeds of Success series provides practical tools for creating meaningful student employment experiences. The series includes three pathways:
- CULTIVATE: Set clear expectations and build accountability for working learners.
- GROW: Help students develop initiative, confidence, and ownership of their work.
- BLOOM: Help students translate their employment experience into future academic and career opportunities.
These sessions are designed to strengthen your ability to guide, mentor, and develop working learners while connecting student employment to career readiness and academic success. Professional development credit will be available.
