ACC received the top honors for the 2022 Best of the Best Awards as “The Best College/University” — ahead of Texas A&M University and the University of Texas-Austin. Our Nursing Program was awarded the top accolade in 2018, 2019, and 2020.

The College is among the largest in the nation, with 11 campuses located across Central Texas. A new independent report from Trellis Strategies shows ACC generates $2.6 billion annually and supports more than 15,000 jobs. According to the report, 68% of graduates remain in the greater Austin area, and 85% stay in Texas, strengthening the local workforce.

Graduating seniors and GED® completers also get to take part in the Free Tuition Pilot Program. It covers tuition and general fees for eligible graduates from ACC’s service area, starting with the Class of 2024. Eligible students receive up to three years of free tuition toward an associate degree or five years toward a bachelor’s degree at ACC.

From classrooms to careers, we’re building Central Texas together.
