ACC Human Resources hosts the next monthly HR Ask Me Anything (AMA) event on Wednesday, April 15. HR Vice Chancellor Kelly Torrico will share the stage with Marc Jimenez, director within Student Affairs and president of the Association of Professional and Technical Employees (APTE).
Marc will bring his own questions and perspective on issues facing employees, including Upward Evaluations, the migration to a new compensation and classification framework, and handling challenging situations for both managers and employees.
