Finish your 2026 required compliance training by Friday, February 13, for a chance to win lunch with Chancellor Russell Lowery-Hart! Employees who meet the early deadline will be entered into a raffle for small-group lunches—an opportunity to connect and share ideas across the College.

ACC’s Annual Compliance Training Program begins Monday, November 17. Employees will find changes in the programming, as well as a shorter window for completing the program. This year’s campaign runs through February 28, 2026.

This required program applies to all ACC employees, including staff, faculty, adjuncts, and temporary employees—regardless of when they last completed compliance training. Every employee must recertify each year during the campaign period to stay in compliance.

Several improvements have been made this year to make the experience faster and easier:

  • Shorter, streamlined courses – to complete training more quickly.
  • Automatic enrollment in your assigned courses – watch your inbox for your Compliance Training Program task in mid-November.
  • Shortened training window – gives employees four months (November–February) to complete all requirements.

Managers will soon receive new tools to help track employee participation, making it easier to monitor completion rates within their teams.

ACC’s annual compliance program helps maintain a safe, ethical, and inclusive learning and working environment. Thank you for your continued commitment to keeping our college community strong and accountable.
