Expect to see a lot of new faces on campus when the fall 2024 semester starts on Monday, August 26. To welcome and support students as they start a new semester, ACC continues its Welcome Riverbats tradition and is seeking faculty and staff from all 11 campuses to volunteer at welcome tables.
Each volunteer will be asked to choose a two-hour shift on Monday, August 26, or Tuesday, August 27. The tables will be located at the main entrances of our buildings and will have snacks, swag, and information available for students.

In spring 2024, more than 275 ACC employees volunteered to welcome students across the district.
The deadline to register for a volunteer shift is Wednesday, August 21.
