This Theory of Change journey we\u2019re on is nothing short of transformational, and it\u2019s thanks to <em>all of you<\/em> that we\u2019re moving forward with courage, creativity, and heart.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To our fearless co-chairs\u2014thank you for stepping out of your comfort zones and leading our design teams with such passion and purpose. Your willingness to embrace this work and guide others is inspiring, and I\u2019m in awe of your dedication.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the design team members, development team, steering committee, and our Theory of Change Institute participants\u2014your continuous engagement, thoughtful contributions, and belief in what we\u2019re building together fuel this effort. You\u2019ve shown how powerful collaboration can be when it\u2019s rooted in shared goals and mutual respect.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To our entire college and the Austin community\u2014thank you for your bravery in going on this ride with us. Change is never easy, but your voices, feedback, and willingness to dream alongside us are shaping this work in ways that are meaningful and impactful. You\u2019ve shown what it means to be part of a community that truly values innovation and progress.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finally, a heartfelt thank-you to our provost and chancellor for not only supporting this project but for allowing me to have a front-row seat to witness the incredible talent and heart of this institution in action. It\u2019s a privilege I do not take lightly.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we move through this process, I am more certain than ever that together, we are capable of creating something extraordinary.
