Chancellor\u2019s Conversations<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>January 2024<\/td>\n<td><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1lDJeURymYC0tXbPu-E6NmoJm7lUDbayM\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">First 100 Days Report<\/a> lays foundation for Theory of Change<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>March 2024<\/td>\n<td>First all-college Data Summit to do a deep-dive on challenges and opportunities<\/p>\n<p>Theory of Change pillars and strategies identified: <strong>Start Strong, Enroll Full-time, Meet Basic Needs, Find Belonging &amp; Connection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Strategic Plan Steering Committee becomes the Theory of Change Steering Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Theory of Change tri-chairs are named: Dr. Russell Lowery-Hart (Chancellor), Dr. Monique Umprhey (Provost), and Dr. Samantha Croft (Professor).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>April 2024<\/td>\n<td>Collegewide call for design team nominations<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>May 2024<\/td>\n<td>800+ Faculty &amp; Staff nominated for design teams and 400+&nbsp;completed the process for consideration.<\/p>\n<p>Design teams identified and assigned to strategies.<\/p>\n<p>The co-chairs of each design team announced.<\/p>\n<p>Two-day leadership retreat to kick off the Theory of Change process.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>June 2024<\/td>\n<td>195 Faculty &amp; Staff are seated on the fourteen design teams.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>July 2024<\/td>\n<td>Design team members attend a virtual touchpoint discussing the structure and timing of the Theory of Change project.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>August 2024<\/td>\n<td>Design team members attend a virtual touchpoint discussing teamwork dynamics and strategies.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>September 2024<\/td>\n<td>Day long design phase kick off event for all design team members.<\/p>\n<p>Six teams launch into the design process.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>October 2024<\/td>\n<td>Theory of Change Institute begins with a kick off event for the 102 participants.<br \/>Community Input page launches as a channel for continual college and community feedback to design teams. <\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>November 2024<\/td>\n<td>Ten students hired as members of the six Phase 1 design teams.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>December 2024<\/td>\n<td>Design team members attend a virtual touchpoint discussing project updates, lessons learned so far, and available tools and resources.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>January 2025<\/td>\n<td>Five additional design teams launch into the design process.<\/p>\n<p>Six students hired as members of the five Phase 2 design teams.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>February 2025<\/td>\n<td>The Grapevine Google space launches to provide timely updates to the college. <\/p>\n<p>Approximately 600 ACC employees attend the Phase 1 Theory of Change Exchange, where the six Phase 1 teams present their identified problem statements.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>March 2025<\/td>\n<td>The Theory of Change Foundations Video Series launches with the release of the first two videos.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>April 2025<\/td>\n<td>The third and fourth Theory of Change Foundation videos launch.<\/p>\n<p>Implementation phase nomination details are announced.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>May 2025<\/td>\n<td>Approximately 300 ACC employees attend the Phase 2 Theory of Change Exchange, where the five Phase 2 teams present their identified problem statements.<\/p>\n<p><em>Meet Basic Needs<\/em> implementation team nominations.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>June 2025<\/td>\n<td><em>Demonstrated Practices of Caring from Employees<\/em> implementation team nominations.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>July 2025<\/td>\n<td>The <em>Meet Basic Needs<\/em> design team complete the delivery of their recommendations to the college community.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>August 2025<\/td>\n<td>The ToC badge, <em>Cultivating Change: ToC Core Competencies<\/em>, goes live, offering a development opportunity and pathway into the Theory of Change Network for all employees.<\/p>\n<p>Three students hired as members of the Phase 3 design teams.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>September 2025<\/td>\n<td>The final stage of design begins with the launch of the three Phase 3 design teams.<\/p>\n<p>The <em>Demonstrated Practices of Caring from Employees<\/em> design team completes the delivery of their recommendations to the college community.<\/p>\n<p>Implementation officially begins with the onboarding of the <em>Meet Basic Needs<\/em> and <em>Demonstrated Practices of Caring from Employees<\/em> Advisory teams.<\/p>\n<p><em>Paying for College<\/em> and <em>Required Advising<\/em> implementation team nominations.<\/p>\n<p>The Theory of Change Institute concludes with 57 successful completers, and the Theory of Change Network kicks off with 68 participants.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>October 2025<\/td>\n<td><em>Dual Credit<\/em> and <em>Academic Tutoring and Coaching<\/em> implementation team nominations.<\/p>\n<p>Implementation page added to the Theory of Change website, enabling the college community to track the progress of implementing each design recommendation.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>November 2025 <\/td>\n<td>The <em>Required Advising <\/em>and <em>Paying for College<\/em> design teams complete the delivery of their recommendations to the college community.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>December 2025<\/td>\n<td>About 150 employees attend the Phase 3 Theory of Change Exchange, where the three Phase 3 teams present their identified problem statements.<br \/>Onboarding of the <em>Required Advising<\/em> Advisory Team begins.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>January 2026<\/td>\n<td>The <em>Dual Credit <\/em>and <em>Academic Tutoring and Coaching<\/em> design teams complete the delivery of their recommendations to the college community.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The following is a general timeline for the Theory of Change process.
