ACC strives to be such a place. Data shows that when our students feel a strong sense of connection and community, they excel. This strategy supports the pillar for Belonging and Connection.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Activities<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Build a system of faculty support and accountability at scale.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li>Determine how to create a culture honoring and inviting all students men of color<\/li>\n<li>Explore how to design our courses to support student parents and adult learners.<\/li>\n<li>Create a plan to establish community among online learners.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current Work Stage<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The design phase for the Belonging and Engagement in the Classroom Design Team is now complete, and their solutioning recommendations are beginning to be actualized.
