ACC strives to be such a place. Data shows that when our students feel a strong sense of connection and community, they excel. This strategy supports the pillar for Belonging and Connection.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Activities<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Describe behaviors that demonstrate our values.<\/li>\n<li>Create an upward evaluation system.<\/li>\n<li>Design a plan to deliver supervisor training and leadership development across the college.<\/li>\n<li>Determine ways to create campus community for employees.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Current Work Stage<\/h3>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The design phase for the Demonstrated Practices of Caring from Employees Design Team is now complete, and their solutioning recommendations are beginning to be actualized.
