This plan centers around creating clear structures and modes of communication for each touchpoint represented in the process maps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A clear structure and communications for each touchpoint represented in the process maps will create:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Efficiencies created<\/strong> within processes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Encouragement<\/strong> to move students through the enrollment funnel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Communications of <strong>just-in-time information<\/strong> about the onboarding processes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>To continue our work towards process improvement, ACC has future plans to launch feedback collection tools such as surveys and online forms.
