Employees interested in deepening their leadership skills and networking with others across the college are encouraged to apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;I am most thankful for my Leadership Academy experience because it has made me look at myself from the inside out. This has strengthened me as a person, first and foremost, and given me a perspective on how I can be effective as a leader. I have also felt particularly blessed to have met so many ACC folks from the various departments of the college.
