{"id":3324,"date":"2023-04-18T08:47:13","date_gmt":"2023-04-18T14:47:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/?p=3324"},"modified":"2023-04-18T08:47:14","modified_gmt":"2023-04-18T14:47:14","slug":"get-ready-for-may-2023-migration-to-blackboard-ultra","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/blog\/2023\/04\/18\/get-ready-for-may-2023-migration-to-blackboard-ultra\/","title":{"rendered":"Get ready for May 2023 migration to Blackboard Ultra"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In May 2023, ACC\u2019s Blackboard platform will transition to Blackboard Ultra providing users a cleaner design, easy-to-use workflows, and new, helpful tools.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some features include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 a modern, intuitive experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 responsive on mobile devices<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 consolidated cross-course information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2022 quick access to the most critical information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACC\u2019s Teaching &amp; Learning Excellence Division hosts a<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myworkday.com\/austincc\/learning\/course\/44fd4bf1665c1001b5c5f24efb7e0001?type=9882927d138b100019b6a2df1a46018b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Remote Recess session<\/strong> <\/a>on April 25 to provide an overview of the migration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remote Recess: Migrating to Blackboard Ultra Navigation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Date:<\/strong> Tuesday, April 25, 2023<br><strong>Time:<\/strong> 11 a.m. to Noon<br><strong>Location:<\/strong> Online (via Zoom)<br><a href=\"https:\/\/www.myworkday.com\/austincc\/learning\/course\/44fd4bf1665c1001b5c5f24efb7e0001?type=9882927d138b100019b6a2df1a46018b\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Register Here<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you can\u2019t attend the Remote Recess session, <a href=\"https:\/\/austincc.hosted.panopto.com\/Panopto\/Pages\/Viewer.aspx?pid=ca12f0b6-5b4f-4828-b237-af2d00f0a701&amp;id=03cc58f9-c714-427d-8316-afac010bb1b0&amp;advance=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>a recording hosted on Panopto<\/strong><\/a> is available to watch anytime (you must sign in to view the recording).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is the first major user interface update of Blackboard.
