The farm stands are held on Mondays at Elgin Campus and Wednesdays at Highland Campus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All produce is grown on the Sustainable Student Farm at ACC Elgin Campus. This spring semester the college will offer varieties of tomatoes, squash, cucumbers, and peppers, as well as potatoes, onions, garlic, and sweet corn.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Farm Stands<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When:<\/strong> Mondays<br><strong>Time: <\/strong>1 \u2013 4 p.m.<br><strong>Where:<\/strong> ACC\u2019s Elgin Campus, Building 2000 (Agricultural Sciences Market Room)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>When:<\/strong> Wednesdays<br><strong>Time: <\/strong>1 \u2013 4 p.m.<br><strong>Where:<\/strong> ACC Highland Campus, Building 2000 (in front of the ACC Culinary School Restaurant)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All proceeds go back to the <a href=\"https:\/\/dmcat.austincc.edu\/agricultural-sciences\/\"><strong>Agricultural Sciences Department<\/strong><\/a> to fund an hourly position on the farm to help grow more produce.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Updated Tuesday, May 9, 2023 The ACC Agricultural Sciences Department\u2019s weekly farm stands are back this spring &#8212; and will continue through summer &#8212; with fresh, chemical-free produce available for purchase.
