More than 100 employees from across all employee associations engaged in discussions about the 3Cs during these culture-building events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The reports were presented to the Chancellor\u2019s Cabinet in November 2022, and are now publicly available. The first report is the \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1Y-T2gWSY08ZfXgVi1osJ3sjIc7hOeoQT40KwLPoLWF0\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Executive Summary<\/a><\/strong>,\u201d which highlights the key themes and suggestions that surfaced during the Roundtables. The second report is the longer \u201c<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1V0dgMfxi5PIjIcw-dMyNcgeU_mt93WRr8wbBzf-dQQA\/edit?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Themes and Suggestions Full Report<\/a><\/strong>\u201d which shares background, details about the sessions, detailed findings (including themes, suggestions, and ideas for training), and a progress report on the 3Cs since the previous set of Roundtables.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ACC faculty and staff are encouraged to explore the reports and get involved with growing the college\u2019s 3Cs culture by finding at least one suggestion to participate in. For example:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Help colleagues explore team-building opportunities&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Find opportunities for cross-training to learn what other areas of the college are working on<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilize information from the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/collaboration-connection-and-caring-3cs\/resources-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">3Cs Guides<\/a><\/strong> to work with others<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe more we keep the 3Cs at the forefront of our work together, the better we can collaborate to support our students and each other,\u201d says Dr. Missi Patterson, ACC Psychology professor and member of the 3CS Cross-Functional Planning Team. \u201cWe urge everyone to consider ways in which they can engage with colleagues and supervisors in conversations about the challenges and suggestions listed in these Roundtable reports.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This work continues to move forward.
