This year\u2019s theme, \u201cGet There Together: Supporting Student Success,\u201d invites all employees to explore ways to support student success together and on their own.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spring Development Day takes place <strong>Friday, January 13, 2023<\/strong>. The workshops examine innovative teaching practices and research for ACC faculty, as well as showcase services and support provided to ACC faculty and students by staff.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SDD also offers sessions to enhance practices and processes, improve creativity and wellness, and develop new technical talents, teaching techniques, and interpersonal skills. In-person tours will also be available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Three workshop modalities are available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>In-Person<\/strong>: Workshops will take place on the ACC Highland Campus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HyFlex<\/strong>: Workshops offer in-person or online attendance and will have a location for in-person and a link to join virtually on the day of the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Online<\/strong>: Workshops will have a link to join virtually on the day of the event.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unless specifically stated, all workshops will be presented in person. Limited workshops and events will be offered online and hyflex.
