{"id":2826,"date":"2023-01-05T10:11:00","date_gmt":"2023-01-05T16:11:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/?p=2826"},"modified":"2023-01-19T11:18:20","modified_gmt":"2023-01-19T17:18:20","slug":"online-services-for-faculty-transitioning-to-myacc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/blog\/2023\/01\/05\/online-services-for-faculty-transitioning-to-myacc\/","title":{"rendered":"Online Services for faculty transitioning to MyACC"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Austin Community College District (ACC) will move some functions of Online Services to the MyACC platform beginning in January 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The faculty functions that will move to MyACC are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Class Rosters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Attendance Certification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Instructor Initiated Withdrawal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Grade Submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prerequisite Class Roster<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adult Education &#8211; Grading<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit Sub and Waiver Requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Review Sub and Waiver Requests<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full-Time Faculty Pay and Contract<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Student Advising<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Online Services will be decommissioned for faculty on<strong> January 31, 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transition Period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To give everyone time to adjust to the new system, the college will continue to maintain both systems during the transition period.
