ACC hosted the inaugural Provost’s 3 Cs Shining Star Reception on Tuesday, September 27, at ACC Cypress Creek Campus.<\/p>\n

ACC\u2019s provost\/executive vice chancellor for Academic & Student Affairs, Dr. Monique Umphrey, created the 3 Cs Shining Star Award as a way to recognize individuals in Instruction and Student Affairs who demonstrate care, connection, and collaboration in their daily work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
\u201cWe are here to celebrate our peers who have been recognized by their colleagues for going above and beyond. ACC prides itself on being a national leader for teaching and learning, and, in order to do that, we acknowledge that we are a learning institution. So, we are continually applying the principles of continuous process improvement,\u201d says Dr. Umphrey. \u201cIf you see someone doing something amazing, please nominate them for this recognition.\u201d<\/p>\n
