ACC is hiring a student financial aid assistant to provide customer service and technical support assistance to students seeking financial aid services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The person hired for this role will assist students with setting up their federal student aid ID, submitting their FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid), accessing online services, and requesting IRS tax return transcripts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The assistant will also provide financial aid information to students regarding programs, application procedures, availability of funds, procedures for applying, disbursement of funds, and scholarship resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An associate degree and one year of related work experience are required. The salary for this position is $41,600.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
