ACC\u2019s wellness instructors return the week of September 6 with new virtual wellness classes available <strong>free to all ACC employees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Classes begin <strong>Wednesday, September 7<\/strong>, and continue through <strong>Saturday, December 17<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Check out the fall schedule <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1IoqarL2V26tiHfTaioS1XCpmpfUiwKia\/view\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a> to view and access classes, and click <a href=\"http:\/\/sites.austincc.edu\/wellness\/classes-and-workshops\/class-descriptions\/\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a> for a description of classes and to meet the instructors.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you find a class you want to take, add it to your calendar and register<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/TnKR7r2TBhBTZykf6\"><strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>. The <strong>registration form is required for participation<\/strong>. It contains the official class waiver and provides the college with a way to communicate important information regarding class updates throughout the semester.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you\u2019re ready to participate in an in-person class, the college also will offer a select number of in-person yoga sessions this semester.
