{"id":1909,"date":"2022-06-30T15:16:22","date_gmt":"2022-06-30T21:16:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/?p=1909"},"modified":"2022-07-15T15:29:46","modified_gmt":"2022-07-15T21:29:46","slug":"acc-annual-performance-reviews-update","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infohub.austincc.edu\/shared-governance\/blog\/2022\/06\/30\/acc-annual-performance-reviews-update\/","title":{"rendered":"ACC Annual Performance Reviews Update"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Updated July 15, 2022<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ACC\u2019s annual Performance Excellence Program (PEP) will begin the week of July 18, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All Classified, Professional-Technical, and Administrator employees will begin with a self-evaluation followed by an evaluation performed by their direct supervisor.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Employees and managers will have until August 31, 2022, to complete all phases of the PEP evaluation.
