Austin Community College District (ACC) is a finalist in the 2022 Austin American-Statesman Readers’ Choice Awards<\/a> for best college\/university. The ACC Highland Campus was selected to represent the entire district in the poll. We need your help to ensure our college is named the best in Central Texas.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here\u2019s how to help<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Voting is now open and lasts until 11:59 p.m. on<\/strong> Thursday, June 30<\/strong>. Follow these steps to vote for ACC:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Visit the Readers’ Choice Awards website<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>
  2. Scroll down and select the “Kids & Education<\/strong>” category.<\/li>
  3. Click \u201cCollege\/University<\/strong>\u201d in the drop-down menu.<\/li>
  4. Find Austin Community College: Highland Campus<\/strong> at the top of the options list.<\/li>
  5. Click the green “Vote<\/strong>” button in the ACC box.<\/li>
  6. Enter your email address.<\/li>
  7. Click “Submit<\/strong>.”<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    After voting, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link that allows you to easily log in each day to vote again. Winners will be recognized in a special print and online section once voting is completed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    ACC has been nominated for a \u201cBest of the Best\u201d award every year since 2018. Our Nursing Program was awarded the top accolade in 2018, 2019, and 2020<\/strong><\/a> and the District as a whole was a top finalist in 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The college is among the largest colleges in the nation, with 11 campuses located across Central Texas. It is leading the nation in transforming how students learn with flexible, accelerated learning opportunities and real-world experiences to help students complete their education on time and graduate workforce-ready.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
